In order to further strengthen the ties of cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Mali, one of the active member states, and the African Centre for Administrative Training and Development Research (CAFRAD), the Malian Government has appointed His Excellency Mr. Fafr\u00e9 CAMARA as Permanent Representative of Mali to CAFRAD.<\/p>\n

The official ceremony of presentation of the Letters of Appointment by His Excellency Ambassador Fafr\u00e9 CAMARA, in his capacity as Permanent Representative of Mali to CAFRAD, was held on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at the CAFRAD headquarters. The event took place in an atmosphere of cordiality and was marked by warm congratulations from the Director General of CAFRAD.<\/p>\n
