This represents the first concrete achievement of the SPARK ALLIANCE project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MOOC will begin on <strong>November 10, 2025<\/strong>. This course aims to equip public officials and public sector leaders worldwide with the knowledge and tools necessary to address the challenges of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in a responsible manner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The initiative is part of the SPARK-AI Alliance, a global network established by UNESCO and more than 50 public administration training institutions, including CAFRAD. The Alliance\u2019s goal is to strengthen capacities in artificial intelligence and digital transformation within the public sector, while promoting inclusive, human rights\u2013based approaches to digital governance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Course details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong> English, Spanish (from November 10), French, Portuguese, and Arabic to follow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 12 hours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Certification:<\/strong> Joint certificate from the University of Oxford (Sa\u00efd Business School) and UNESCO<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modules:<\/strong> AI and Human Rights, Ethics, Data Governance, Inclusive Service Design, Leadership, and Practical Application using Generative AI Tools<\/li>\n<li><strong>Target Audience:<\/strong> Public officials and administration professionals at all levels, with no technical prerequisites<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/oxsbs.link\/unesco\">https:\/\/oxsbs.link\/unesco<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Statements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tawfik Jelassi<\/strong>, UNESCO Assistant Director-General for Communication and Information said: \u2018<em>The future of digital governance depends on people.
