On Monday, April 20, 2026, the headquarters of the African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD) in Rabat hosted a high-level meeting between its Director General, Dr. Coffi Dieudonn\u00e9 AssouVi, and Mr. Charaf Younes Ait El Haj, Director General of the journal La Lettre Diplomatique.<\/p>\n

Specializing in the analysis of diplomatic affairs, La Lettre Diplomatique has established itself as a leading Moroccan publication, addressing geopolitical and strategic issues at both the African and international levels. This meeting is part of a dynamic process led by CAFRAD aimed at strengthening its institutional communication and increasing its visibility across the African continent.<\/p>\n

A pan-African institution committed to the strategic and systemic transformation of Africa, CAFRAD aims to raise awareness of its actions, initiatives, and insights among a wider audience. The exchange with La Lettre Diplomatique provided an opportunity to explore several avenues for collaboration, particularly in strategic communication and promoting African initiatives.<\/p>\n
