The Pan-African Intergovernmental Organization CAFRAD extends its warmest congratulations to the President of the Togolese Republic, as well as to the Government and people of Togo, on the occasion of the commemoration of their independence, achieved on April 27, 1960.<\/p>\n

This historic date is a powerful symbol of the resilience of the Togolese people and their determination to build their future in dignity, peace, and progress. It also reflects the country\u2019s ongoing commitment to economic and social development, as well as the strengthening of its institutions.<\/p>\n

The Director-General of CAFRAD takes this commemorative occasion to reaffirm his commitment to supporting South Africa in its efforts to modernize the public administration and improve the quality of services provided to citizens. He also expresses his desire to further strengthen the ties of cooperation, solidarity, and mutual respect between CAFRAD and South Africa.<\/p>\n

Through this tribute, CAFRAD reiterates its commitment to supporting its member states, as well as all African countries wishing to collaborate with the institution, in their initiatives to strengthen administrative capacities, promote responsible governance, and accelerate institutional transformation in service of the African people.<\/p>\n

We renew our solidarity with the Government and people of South Africa and wish them a happy Independence Day celebration, in unity, peace, and prosperity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
