On the occasion of the Togolese Republic\u2019s Independence Day, celebrated every April 27, the African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD) extends its warmest congratulations to the Government and people of Togo.<\/p>\n

This historic date, which marks Togo\u2019s accession to international sovereignty in 1960, is a moment of great national pride and a powerful symbol of freedom, dignity, and unity. It also recalls the sacrifices made and the legitimate aspirations of a people determined to build a future based on peace, stability, and progress.<\/p>\n

Over the decades, Togo has undertaken significant reforms aimed at consolidating the rule of law, modernizing its public administration, and stimulating its socio-economic development. The efforts undertaken in governance, the digitalization of public services, and the strengthening of institutional capacities demonstrate a consistent commitment to adapting public action to contemporary needs and citizens’ expectations.<\/p>\n

CAFRAD particularly commends Togo’s engagement in African initiatives for administrative transformation and good governance, which contribute to the emergence of more effective, inclusive, and resilient institutions. These advances illustrate the importance of strengthened pan-African cooperation and the continuous sharing of experiences and best practices among member states.<\/p>\n

True to its mission, CAFRAD reaffirms its readiness to support the Togolese Republic in pursuing its reforms and developing its human resources, with a view to fostering an efficient, innovative, and results-oriented public administration.<\/p>\n

On this momentous day, CAFRAD extends its sincerest wishes for lasting peace, shared prosperity, and continued progress to the Togolese people.<\/p>\n
