The African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD) announces that it will hold two major pan-African institutional events at its headquarters in Rabat on July 14 and 15, 2026: the 17th<\/sup> Ministerial Forum, followed by the 61st Ordinary Session of its Governing Board.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A High-Level Forum Dedicated to Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n

On July 14, 2026, CAFRAD will bring together, in an immersive dialogue setting, Ministers, members of the Governing Board, Focal Points from Member States, and Ambassadors accredited to Morocco, as well as invited external experts, for a forum dedicated to leadership as a fundamental lever of contemporary African public governance.<\/p>\n

Under the theme “Leadership, an essential catalyst for steering public action in the context of VICAPD<\/em>” \u200b\u200bthe Forum will offer five interactive sessions exploring the essential dimensions of transformational and agile leadership: self-mastery, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, organizational resilience, and strategic foresight.<\/p>\n

The Forum will be held under the supervision of Her Excellency, The Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Chair of the CAFRAD Governing Board.<\/p>\n

A certificate of participation will be awarded at the end of the Forum.<\/p>\n

The 61st<\/sup> Session of the Governing Board <\/strong><\/p>\n

On July 15, 2026, the CAFRAD Governing Board will hold its 61st<\/sup> ordinary session. The Council will notably examine the Director General’s activity report for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, including the report of the CAFRAD International Forum held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, as well as the scientific activities program and the draft budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The Council will also renew the members of the Executive Committee and approve the financial and accounting records for the past fiscal year.<\/p>\n
