On July 9 th , 2024, the 59 th Board Meeting of CAFRAD was held in Rabat, in the presence of the
\nMinisters in charge of Civil Service, Labor, State and Administrative Reform; Special Advisors in
\nMinisterial Cabinets in charge of Planning, Innovation and Governance, as well as other eminent
\nfigures from CAFRAD Member States.
\nDuring this significant meeting, important decisions were taken, at the same time as important
\ndirections were given to CAFRAD to, among other things, recover the contributions owed by Member
\nStates, propose more attractive activities that are compatible with the expectations of the States,
\nand implement training programs that will bring additional resources to the Institution.
\nAs a reminder, the Pan-African Intergovernmental Organization CAFRAD is the continent\u2019s first Pan-
\nAfrican Training and Research Center for the Improvement of Public Administration Systems and
\nGovernance. Its headquarters is located in Morocco, and currently has 36 Member States. CAFRAD is
\nan important institution in the landscape of Pan-African cooperation, as well as an important
\ncontinental tool that works to provide new knowledge that aims to transform public administration
\nfor more accountable, transparent governance, focused on serving citizens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
