CAFRAD is delighted to announce to you the organization of the next Session of Pan African Academy for Interregional Cooperation (PAAIC), and the first bilingual Session of the Academy. PAAIC is an initiative inaugurated by CAFRAD in 2019 that aims to offer a certifying training program. The first session, launched in February 2019, was particularly well received by the academic sphere as well as the senior officials from public and private sector that have participated and guaranteed its success. It is a high level training used as a meeting space for professionals in the area of public administration and governance modernization in a world that is increasingly more integrated and independent. It is thus an occasion to share experience, between high officials and professionals, on the development issues currently subsiding in the states and the continent. The teaching team was meticulously chosen to animate the training sessions, and is composed of scholars and international professionals having a tested and proven experience in the fields on which the training modules are focused. Furthermore, this training is an opportunity to suggest, in two weeks, working sequences in theory and practice, in the form of conferences that are supported by an interactive methodology, allowing the participation of the learners as well as the speakers. PAAIC has gathered, in the first two sessions, more than twenty participants around a dozen of carefully chosen facilitators, permitting the success of this project and promising future success for the African institutions and for the service of Africa.
