CAFRAD, the second African organization after the African Union, is the first Center for resolving administrative development issues as well as for the construction, reinvention, modernization, and continuous improvement of administration and governance systems on the continent.

Events

CAFRAD, under the leadership of its new Director General, is launching its first plenary event in Rabat: the Round Table of CAFRAD’s Technical and Financial Partners, on the theme “The renovated CAFRAD, Africa’s locomotive towards the global, digital, ecological and intelligent transformation of public administrations”, in Rabat, on February 27, at the CAFRAD headquarters.

L’Organisation Intergouvernementale Panafricaine CAFRAD, a été créée en 1964 par les Gouvernements des pays d’Afrique avec le soutien de l’UNESCO. Elle est le premier Centre Panafricain de Formation et de Recherche du Continent destiné à l’amélioration des systèmes de l’Administration Publique et de Gouvernance en Afrique.

Its headquarters is located in Tangier (Morocco). Membership to CAFRAD is open to all African States. Le CAFRAD compte actuellement 36 Etats-membres.
