In an official message, the Director General of CAFRAD, on behalf of the entire staff of the institution, expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected President of the Gabonese Republic. The message was accompanied by wishes for good health, continued success, and prosperity in the discharge of his high responsibilities.
