CAFRAD, under the leadership of its new Director General, is launching its first plenary event in Rabat: the Round Table of CAFRAD’s Technical and Financial Partners, on the theme “The renovated CAFRAD, Africa’s locomotive towards the global, digital, ecological and intelligent transformation of public administrations”, in Rabat, on February 27, at the CAFRAD headquarters.
Today, faced with major global transformations and changes in Africa, CAFRAD presents itself as a leader in the training of African human capital at the forefront of new industrial revolutions. Indeed, CAFRAD’s mission is highly essential to member countries, to the achievement of the 2063 Vision of the African Union, and for the continued achievement of the SDGs. It requires the mobilization of scientific human resources in quantitative, qualitative and geographical terms.
CAFRAD’s ambition is a project common to all African and globalized administrations. This project is noble, timely and realistic, and needs the combination of our respective, diversified and particularly financial efforts in order to strengthen the human, structural and institutional capacities of States with a view to achieving the major objectives underway on the continent and in the world.
This round table is a solemn invitation to get to know CAFRAD better, in order to actively support its growth towards excellence.
The round table is prepared by CAFRAD’s Directorate in a participatory and inclusive approach. During the event, the Director General will present the broad outlines of his roadmap, with the aim of raising awareness among current and potential partners of CAFRAD’s new vision, as well as the program for the next four years. Partners will be asked to express their interest in collaborative projects, or to announce their promise of funding.
The round table will take place in Rabat, at the CAFRAD headquarters, for half a day. The work will begin at 2 p.m. and end at 5 p.m.
