Following the adoption, on October 31, by the United Nations Security Council, of the resolution confirming the preeminence of the Moroccan autonomy initiative and reaffirming the relevance of the Kingdom’s constructive approach, CAFRAD expresses its pride and extends its warmest congratulations to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist and glorify Him.

This major diplomatic success once again illustrates the foresight, wisdom and strategic vision of His Majesty the King in steering the Kingdom’s foreign policy, which is fundamentally based on soft and smart power. It crowns the sustained efforts of Moroccan diplomacy, carried out under the High Guidance of the Sovereign, in defense of Morocco’s territorial integrity and in support of regional peace and stability.

In this context, CAFRAD reaffirms its unwavering commitment to support this Royal dynamic through concrete and proactive institutional diplomacy grounded in South–South cooperation, the exchange of best practices and capacity strengthening in public governance. Faithful to its African mission and to the enlightened vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, CAFRAD works tirelessly to promote a diplomacy of inclusive and sustainable development that contributes to the Kingdom’s influence and strengthens strategic partnerships with brotherly countries across the continent.

CAFRAD also commends the Kingdom’s continued commitment to the integrated development of the Southern Provinces, a model of economic, social and infrastructural success that embodies the Royal will to build a united, prosperous and supportive Morocco.

The Director General and all CAFRAD staff extend their highest consideration to the high leadership and enlightened vision of His Majesty, as well as to the exemplary effectiveness of Moroccan diplomacy, which brilliantly illustrates the wisdom, foresight and steadfastness that have characterized His Majesty’s action in service of His faithful people since the Green March of 1975. They reaffirm recognition of Morocco’s full sovereignty over the Sahara and their unwavering allegiance to His Majesty the King, as well as their deep attachment to the Glorious Alaouite Throne, guarantor of the unity, stability and greatness of the Kingdom of Morocco.
