ICSS 28: CCI-CAFRAD WEBINAR THEME FOR THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH
The next session of the IAC-CAFRAD Seminar Series is scheduled for Thursday, November 4th, at 1PM GMT time via Zoom.
The theme will be: “The Secretary General of the Government facing the challenges of State Transformation”
The theme will be discussed by:
– Mr. Ahmed S. ZUE NDOUTOUMOU (Gabon) – Secretary General of the Higher Council of Islamic Affairs of Gabon, former special advisor to the President of the Republic, former Secretary General of the Government ;
– Prof. Tak Youssif GNONGBO (Togo) – Director of the Doctoral School of Letters and Humanities, University of Lomé, former Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, former Member of the Togolese National Assembly.
