Signing of a Strategic Partnership Between CAFRAD and PRAXIMUM to Accelerate Africa’s Comprehensive Transformation

On Wednesday, October 30, the African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD) signed a strategic partnership with PRAXIMUM, a consultancy and training firm specializing in human and organizational development in Africa and internationally.

This framework agreement marks a significant step in the implementation of a pan-African vision of comprehensive transformation, grounded in results-based management and a competency-based approach, with the aim of strengthening African leadership in public and institutional governance.

The CAFRAD–PRAXIMUM partnership also aims to provide high-level training programs designed to support African States in enhancing their administrative, managerial and strategic capacities.

It should be noted that PRAXIMUM has already collaborated with CAFRAD on the production of the organization’s institutional film, officially presented during the 16th Pan-African Ministerial Forum held in July 2025.

During the signing ceremony, the Director General of CAFRAD, Dr. Coffi Dieudonné ASSOUVI, stated:n“Africa must be built—and to build Africa, we must build skills.”

For his part, Mr. Mostapha BELABDI, Director of PRAXIMUM, emphasized: “We will now combine our efforts to contribute, to the extent of our means and competencies, to strengthening the capacities of Africans and promoting excellence across the continent.”

This agreement fully aligns with the new strategic vision of CAFRAD, championed by its Director General, and based on the principle of developing African capacities by Africans themselves. Convinced that the continent’s sustainable transformation relies on valuing talents and competencies, CAFRAD is working to prepare a new generation of skilled citizens who will serve efficient and development-oriented States.

In this dynamic, the renewed CAFRAD positions itself resolutely as a key actor in the comprehensive, digital, intelligent and sustainable transformation of African public and private administrations.
