A delegation from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), led by Professor AKILIMALI HANDJINGA Robert, paid a working visit to the CAFRAD Headquarters on Thursday, 2 July 2026. The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and CAFRAD, while exploring new opportunities for collaboration in the areas of public governance, capacity building, and the modernization of public administrations across Africa.
