Seizing the opportunity to express his gratitude to Member States for his election, the Director General sets the objective of sharing the challenges facing the Organization and collecting their expectations to improve the programs of the Institute which aims to become a legitimate center for training, research, documentation, publication and consulting on postmodern issues of public action in a context of porosity in the public and private sectors. His Excellency Mr. Henri MANGAYA YANGE MONDOWA also urged his host to implement robust actions to increase the visibility of the Organization and arouse the interest of States, in particular the importance of contacting Ministers directly, and communicate the ambitious program that CAFRAD intends to implement in 2025.
In conclusion, the work session ended on a note of good understanding and promises from both parties to continue collaboration, within the framework of exchange of ideas for cooperation, as well as information and documentation. CAFRAD wishes to rely on the support of Member States through their embassies for the realization of its many ambitious projects.
