The Director General of CAFRAD, Dr. Coffi Dieudonné, reaffirmed his commitment to promoting the development of strategic partnerships aimed at strengthening capacities and fostering the exchange of experiences among Member States.

This initiative is part of our desire to improve services and practices within African States. By establishing targeted collaborations, CAFRAD aims to maximize the impact of its actions and share best practices that have proven successful in our respective regions.

In a context marked by socio-economic challenges and the need for more efficient administration, this collaboration aims to support strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of Madagascar’s public institutions. This confirms the shared vision of CAFRAD and Madagascar to build a more united and stronger Africa, capable of tackling development challenges with sustainable and local solutions.

At the conclusion of this meeting, both parties, CAFRAD and Madagascar, agreed to continue their bilateral collaboration to serve the interests of Africa.
