Message of Greetings from the Director General of CAFRAD on the Occasion of the Islamic New Year 1448

On the occasion of the Islamic New Year 1448, the Director General of the African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD), along with all the staff of this pan-African intergovernmental organization, have the distinct honor of extending to Your Excellency, and to all members of your government, their sincerest congratulations and warmest wishes for health, peace, prosperity, longevity, and happiness.
On this auspicious occasion, they reaffirm their profound gratitude to the governments of CAFRAD’s member states and partners for their continued trust and support, while renewing their commitment to the transformation and modernization of African public and private administrations for the benefit of citizens.
CAFRAD remains firmly committed to contributing to the strengthening of human and institutional capacities in 21st-century Africa. To this end, the Directorate General continues its efforts to develop high-value-added programs and initiatives, and calls for continued cooperation and support from Member States and strategic partners.
True to its vision, CAFRAD places people, ethics, equity, inclusion, and excellence at the heart of its public action and interventions in support of the continent’s sustainable development.
In a context marked by profound changes, CAFRAD is pursuing its institutional transformation to strengthen its modernization, attractiveness, competitiveness, and effectiveness, in response to the legitimate aspirations of its Member States.
